I bought this oven to make cookies for my start-up cookie business, but so far, it's not been working very well. Some cookies are burned and others raw. The instructions say to rotate the pans halfway through -- which is annoying -- but that doesn't really solve the problem either. On a half-size sheet pan, you can usually get 4 or 5 rows of cookies and the rows in the middle are raw while the outside rows are dark on the outside edge (closest to the fan in back). Unless you rotated each individual cookie, you won't be able to get even browning.
