For some reason, the nameplate HAMILTON BEACH never clicked with me as an appliance super star, or even star. I stand corrected. I took a flier and bought this thinking it would probably go back. I'd done the same with other more expensive and disappointing toaster ovens so hope was not high.This oven has been a happy surprise. My acid test is this; one toasted piece of bread. How even is the brown. If it goes well here, all else will follow. I'm very happily surprised by the result and hope for a long life from this little box. The overall build quality is good. My only reservation would be - how long will the twisting timer last. It could become an issue, but I think that would happen far down the road. A toast to H.B.
